This weeks blog post is late today. Sorry about that, but better late then never.
Ah,Christmas lights! I love Christmas lights! I very much enjoy decorating the outside of our house with Christmas lights. It isn’t always the easiest thing to do, but when I’m all done and we get to turn the lights on, I do get a certain feeling of accomplishment. When I get to see the finally results and the smiles on my families faces I know I did a good job.
Another thing I love about Christmas lights is driving around different neighborhoods and seeing how other families decorate the outside of their homes. It’s always such an amazing sight. From the smallest decorated house to the biggest decorated house we can find they all always look so cool!
There is this one section in Brooklyn, NY called Dyker Heights that have some of the most amazing Christmas lights I have ever seen. They have homes that look like mansions that are completely decorated on the outside with Christmas lights that will make anyone go “WOW!”
